Balancing Holding Sacred Space- Stop being everyone else's load-bearing wall

In a recent anchoring session I had for an upcoming certification I'm working on, this recurring theme continues to emerge around my willingness and desire to hold space for others, while questioning, who is holding space for you? Each time I'm asked this question, I get stuck. I may reference one person that recently entered my life who has been able to fit the bill, but for the most part, I shrug my shoulders and say, "they are coming."
As I sit with this further, I can't help but review the imbalances in my life that have led me to this place of existence. What type of energy have I been operating in that allows me to be willing to support others but lack that very same thing?
I recalled a post by Gizelle Bryant that stated, "If he brings out the child in you, you're with a man. If he brings out the mother in you, you're with a boy. If he brings out the inner man in you, you're with a loser."
Now I took this quote and applied it to my inner masculine and feminine imbalance... and that's when I realized I've been operating so much from my masculine outward for others (really ever since childhood) that I've never turned it inwards on myself to embrace the things that truly bring me joy and pleasure in life, knowing that I have to become what I want to attract.
The quote is broken down into three different layers. The extreme imbalance is when you give to others before making sure you are safe and protected; you lack boundaries, which often results in you giving from an empty cup.
As you start feeling exhausted and drained by those who have only taken from you, you enter the nurturing phase where you begin the internal work necessary for transformation. This can lead to healing parental wounds and the need to care for yourself. Some individuals find themselves stuck in this phase when they avoid doing the required work or become trapped in the ego's refusal to forgive and release what no longer benefits them. The final phase involves discovering the people, places, or activities that bring you joy and pleasure. This might resemble revisiting the things you loved as a child, such as dancing, singing, drawing, building, or exploring. Whatever it is, find it. Most likely, that's where your soul family is, waiting for you to return home.
Rewriting of the quote: "Date yourself first; you attract losers due to an imbalance in your masculine or feminine. Nurture yourself through transformation. Allow your balanced masculine and feminine to bring out the joy and pleasure inside of you."
So now that I have this understanding, I lean into the things that bring me joy. I set boundaries that allow me to feel safe and held, knowing that this will help to balance my inner self in order to attract the external things I need.
My Affirmation: I know (crown chakra) my soul family and twin flame are on their way. We are currently working on ourselves and preparing for each other. This is divine destiny.
This new moon in Cancer is asking us, how much longer will you give from an empty cup? When will you honor your inner tides?
How can you bring in your inner balance?
